For coaches & publishers
Embed the rotation builder.
Add a small, free tool to your running article. A reader can open the full BuildMyRotation questionnaire from your page, while the widget stays lightweight and clearly credited.
A useful resource, not a link scheme
The widget is a single iframe. It does not inject links into your page, does not add a keyword-stuffed footer, and does not require a reciprocal link. The only link is an optional attribution inside the widget: plain brand text, marked rel="nofollow". You can remove it with ?credit=0.
That keeps the embed useful for readers and avoids the manipulative widget-link patterns search engines warn about.
Preview and embed code
Embed code
Responsive iframe · 380px tall · works on any site
The preview uses the same static widget that your visitors will see. The embed code is a plain iframe with no JavaScript dependency on the host page.
What it includes
- “Build your running shoe rotation” heading and a one-click opening of the full tool.
- A short line explaining the five-question flow and what the rotation covers.
- Links that open in a new tab, so your article stays open.
- Responsive sizing from narrow mobile columns to a 720px content well.
- Optional attribution with plain brand text and
rel="nofollow".
Sizing it on your page
The recommended embed is 380px tall. On very narrow sidebars, allow at least 360px. The widget has no fixed width; it fills the iframe and caps its own content at 720px.
Need a different fit? Keep the iframe width fluid and raise the height slightly rather than scaling the iframe with CSS transforms, which makes the text harder to read.
