You may use the catalogue, rotation builder and guides for personal, non-commercial research. Do not scrape the site at a rate that affects other visitors, attempt to bypass security controls, or republish substantial parts of the editorial content without permission.

Recommendations are decision support for buying running shoes. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. The site does not assess gait, pronation or injury risk. If you have persistent pain or a medical condition, consult a qualified clinician.

A shoe that suits another runner may not suit you. Fit, comfort and a gradual introduction to new shoes matter more than any score.

Prices are indicative and can change without notice. A price is only described as checked when it was verified; otherwise it is a manufacturer MSRP or an estimate and is labelled as such. The price at a retailer's checkout, and their stock and delivery terms, are the ones that apply.

We aim to keep specs, prices and links accurate, but the catalogue is assembled from manufacturer and retailer sources and may contain errors or lag behind a product update. Report a correction through the contact page and include a public source.

The site's editorial text, rotation scoring, design and original illustrations belong to BuildMyRotation. Shoe names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective brands. The product photos are used for identification and come from retailer or manufacturer listings; rights remain with their owners.

You may quote a short extract with a link back to the page. Do not copy a guide or the catalogue wholesale, or present the scoring as your own.

Retailer and source links lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, prices, stock, privacy practices or service. Opening a link does not create a contract between you and BuildMyRotation.

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, from a buying decision, or from a retailer transaction. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
